1. Service Description
ClickDocs.org is a document preparation service operated by Cyber Secured Systems LLC. We prepare legal documents based on the information you provide. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Use of our service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
2. Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this website or in any document we prepare constitutes legal advice. Our service is limited to document preparation based on your inputs. If your situation is contested, complex, or involves significant assets, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed Florida attorney before proceeding.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide during intake. ClickDocs.org is not responsible for errors or omissions in documents that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided.
4. Payment and Refunds
Document preparation fees are due before your final file is delivered. If we are unable to generate your document due to an issue on our end, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not available once a final document has been delivered and downloaded.
5. Document Use
Documents prepared by ClickDocs.org are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our prepared documents as templates for commercial purposes.
6. Notarization Services
Remote online notarization and mobile notary services are provided by third-party licensed notaries. ClickDocs.org facilitates scheduling and payment for these services but is not responsible for the actions of individual notaries.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Secured Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to document rejection, recording issues, or reliance on prepared documents without independent legal review.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ClickDocs.org, including document templates, question flows, website copy, and design elements, is the property of Cyber Secured Systems LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from use of our service shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
